Another Not Guilty Verdict
This week, Ashbach Law Offices, LLC received another "Not Guilty" verdict in trial in Snohomish County on an Assault in the Fourth Degree - Domestic Violence charge. Client totally acquitted. This is two "not guilty" verdicts in separate trials within a week.

Not Guilty Domestic Violence
Last Wednesday, Ashbach Law Offices, LLC achieved two "not guilty" verdicts in trial. Both charges were Domestic Violence, one being Assault in the Fourth Degree, and the other was Interfering with the Reporting of Domestic Violence.
Both charges were gross misdemeanors. Upon acquittal, the no-contact order imposed by the court was also dropped.

Probation review hearing - no jail imposed despite numerous probation violations.
Driving with a Suspended License - no conviction
Obstruction of Justice - Dismissed.
