Case Dismissed Snohomish County Lawyer - Assault DV

Today, Ashbach Law Offices, LLC achieved an outright dismissal of a charge of Assault in the Fourth Degree, Domestic Violence. This was the result of hard work, investigation, and knowledge of laws and evidence that strengthened our case. The No-Contact Order issued in the case was also dropped.

Also dismissed today for another client was an Obstruction of Justice charge, and we reached a resolution for dismissal of a Resisting Arrest charge.

Ashbach Law Offices, LLC continues strengthening its record of success for clients on a weekly basis. A criminal charge can be very stressful, but you haven't been convicted yet. Let us make sure that doesn't happen.
