Case Dismissed Snohomish County Lawyer - Assault DV
Today, Ashbach Law Offices, LLC achieved an outright dismissal of a charge of Assault in the Fourth Degree, Domestic Violence. This was the result of hard work, investigation, and knowledge of laws and evidence that strengthened our case. The No-Contact Order issued in the case was also dropped.
Also dismissed today for another client was an Obstruction of Justice charge, and we reached a resolution for dismissal of a Resisting Arrest charge.
