Victorious DOL Hearing

Today had a successful DOL hearing where the Department of Licensing was attempting to suspended a client who had been arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). We were able to show that the Washington State Patrol Officer made substantial errors, and have the suspension dismissed, saving the client thousands of dollars and a suspended license.
