More excellent results

In the few weeks since the last blog post, Ashbach Law Offices has received several excellent results for its clients in various Snohomish County Courts. Recent results include:

• Legal research and brief writing resulting in dismissal and no convictions in Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Lynnwood Municipal Court
• dismissal of charges on an Assault 4 - DV (Domestic Violence) out of Marysville Municipal Court
• Probation violation hearing for a DUI, with two new reckless driving convictions - NO JAIL TIME
• Prevented filing of Assault 4 - DV charge
• Reduction of a Felony (malicious mischief) to misdemeanor, agreed no days in jail
• Probation violation for DUI (new charges and non-compliance) - no jail time, no sanctions - Cascade District Court in Arlington
• Assault 4 DV reduced to Disorderly Conduct, no jail-time
• Speeding tickets dismissed
