Recent Successes

Since the last blog post, Ashbach Law Offices, LLC has continued its string of successful representation, achieving great results for our clients. Here are just a few of the many recent cases resulting in happy, satisfied clients.

Second DUI in a year reduced to Negligent Driving, no jail time. More on DUIs.

Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - Dismissed. More on misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors.

No Contact Orders dropped.

Persuaded judge(s) to let client(s) out of jail at least a month early (in some cases, almost a year).

Reached agreement with prosecutor to dismiss Theft 1 charges (felonies) with several clients.

Speeding Tickets Dismissed.
